Te Oro

On Wednesday, at 9:00am 04 July 218 we went to Te Oro and when we got there they were singing a song to us in Maori. After they sang they started to separate us in to 3 groups. The first group was weaving, the second one was painting and the last one were weaving flax. I did painting and my teacher’s name was Whaia Kelly, the names of the other teachers were Whaia Jacks and Whaia Tanya. I had lots of fun with my friends while painting. When we got back to school I had my lunch and my friends and we talked about our trip to Te Oro.

My name is Bella and I have three sisters and I have one brother.

My culture is Tongan and I love the Tongan food. The school that I go to is St. Pius Catholic X School. My favourite subjects are maths and RE. I am good at touch and I like it. I like it because it’s fun and because you get to run all day.

 I enjoy watching "Camp Rock" because they play water fight and it looks so fun.Spelling is challenging for me because sometimes I can’t sound out the word that I don’t know how to spell.

My goal is to get work on time and get it done.I am looking forward to going to Australia.I want to achieve higher level in maths.My sisters and dad inspire me because when my homework is hard they help me.
